Triple Peaks is an AI-powered endurance coaching service built and run by one person — Lukas Carullo, Switzerland ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You can sign up with your Apple ID, an email address, or Strava, and you can connect sources like Strava or Apple Health to bring in your activities. You are responsible for activity on your account, so please keep your sign-in details secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after providing reasonable notice where the circumstances allow.
Triple Peaks provides AI-generated training recommendations. These are not medical advice and do not replace professional coaching or medical consultation. Consult a physician before starting a new training program, especially if you have any health condition. You train at your own risk.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Their terms govern billing, refunds, and cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your app store subscription settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
EU / Swiss consumer right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the EU or Switzerland, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance-purchased digital services. By starting to use the service during the withdrawal period you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Refund requests for app-store-billed subscriptions must be submitted to Apple or Google per their policies.
Your training data is yours. We use it to provide coaching as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the service, you consent to your training data being processed by our AI provider to generate coaching recommendations, subject to the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the service running reliably but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triple Peaks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for injuries, training setbacks, performance outcomes, or other damages resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.
Our aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in that period. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by our fault, and does not restrict the mandatory rights of consumers.
We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The competent ordinary courts in Switzerland have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction for consumers under the law of their habitual residence.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
