Plan tab redesign — cards become destinations
The Plan tab now opens on a quieter, focused layout: a minimal header with the week and phase, an expandable calendar drawer (tap the handle to switch between the day ribbon and the full two-week grid), and bigger, sport-themed day cards. Multi-workout days show a multi-sport gradient header (Bike + Run, Run + Strength) so the day's sports read at a glance. Each card now also explains the coach's actual reasoning for scheduling that workout — "stacking threshold today to lock in Tuesday's VO2 adaptation" rather than a recap of what the workout is — and the Why block updates whenever the plan adapts. Past days show a green completion banner with compliance and average HR, and the workout detail sheet for completed sessions has a six-tile Results grid (duration, distance, Avg HR, Avg Power, Effort, compliance %). Missed-day cards have a Reschedule button that opens the coach with the workout context pre-loaded, so it can move the session directly. Drag-and-drop in the calendar drawer keeps an Undo affordance for 4.5 seconds so accidental moves are easy to take back.
