How do I connect Strava?

Open the Triple Peaks app and go to Settings. Tap "Connect Strava" and authorize access. Once connected, your activities will sync automatically.

How do I disconnect Strava?

To disconnect Strava, revoke Triple Peaks' access in your Strava settings under "My Apps". Your synced data in Triple Peaks will remain until you delete your account.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Open your device's subscription settings to change or cancel your plan.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also contact us at triplepeaks@online.de to request deletion.

My activities aren't syncing

Make sure your Strava connection is active in Settings. Tap "Sync Profile" in the Strava section to trigger a manual sync. If syncing continues to fail, try revoking access in your Strava settings and reconnecting in the app. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll help you troubleshoot.

Is my data secure?
