Open the Triple Peaks app and go to Settings. Tap Connect Strava and authorize access. Your rides, runs, and swims will start syncing automatically, including GPS, heart rate, and power.
To disconnect, revoke Triple Peaks' access in your Strava settings under "My Apps". Your synced data in Triple Peaks stays until you delete your account.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open your device's subscription settings to change or cancel your plan — your training history stays safe either way.
Open Settings in the app and select Delete Account. Your data is permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email triplepeaks@online.de to request deletion directly.
Check that your Strava connection is active in Settings. Tap Sync Profile under the Strava section to trigger a manual sync. If it still fails, revoke access in Strava's app settings and reconnect from the Triple Peaks app. If the issue persists, email us and we'll dig in.
